"We had a tree fall on our house april 1st, 2023 and it took weeks and weeks to even get ahold of Lindsey because she was “always in a meeting.” It was always one of her girls answering. We had trouble finding a contractor and I tried to tell one of her girls that our old insurance had assigned us a contractor on an old claim and she told me “that doesn’t happen and never has in all my years of insurance” all snarky pretty much saying I’m a liar. Then, one day I got ahold of Lindsey finally and she said she had a meeting and they actually can assign someone and she just so happened to find that out. They assigned our contractor and Lindsey assured me that our project manager was great, he ended up being a shady liar. She never went over the contract before I signed it to tell me to make sure there was a start and end date so I had to end up waiting three months for work to even start on my house. Lindsey constantly made me feel like an annoyance and it was extremely hard to get ahold of her. She made excuses constantly for why the contractors were pushing our project off and did nothing. Once I switched to my new State Farm agent in July, he was constantly contacting me and trying his best to move things along. I would not recommend Lindsey to anyone who wants to be treated like a customer."
